Tim has spent the last 7 years in real estate, concentrating on downtown development. He is very active in the community and is currently involved with the local Chamber, Leadership Spartanburg, Wofford Terrier Club, Board of Realtors, Lions Club and Historic and Architectural Review Board. He also serves on the board of directors of Spartanburg Downtown Association.

The "Longleaf Team" consists of affiliate companies that include TOTAL Product Destruction, TOTAL Training, TOTAL Storage, TRIM, and RJ Rockers.

Their office is in the historic Palmetto Building overlooking Morgan Square and consisting of 25,000 square feet of retail space and 22 loft apartments that they manage. Longleaf Development specializes in commercial properties, working with buyers and sellers.
